Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size adjustments (if applicable)

  • Damaged or defective items

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for pierced ears)

  • Personalized or custom-made pieces

  • Items purchased on final sale

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs (if any) and customs duties are non-refundable.
